How to make
The turkey legs are cooked. In a large pot, stew the onion, garlic and carrot.
Add the turkey meat, torn into portions and pour the strained broth over it.
Season with the spices and let it boil until the products are ready. Add the grated tomato.
The flour is dissolved in a little cold water and added to the dish.
The aromatic stew is removed from the heat and sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
