How to make
Boil the quinoa for 12 minutes, strain it and leave it to cool.
Wash the lettuce leaves well and leave them to drain from the water. Peel and slice the spring onions, cucumber and cherry tomatoes (if they are very small, you can keep them whole)
Prepare a dressing by mixing all of the products provided for it in the recipe. Additionally, you can add as much olive oil, salt or lemon juice as you like.
Cut the lettuce into strips and place it in a salad bowl with the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, quinoa and spring onions. Stir everything along with the dressing and distribute it into individual portions or into a large salad bowl.
It's time to mention, that I don't usually cut green salads, I shred them, but in this case, when I add quinoa, I like the lettuce leaves to be more fine.
Spread the tuna, strained of the liquid or fat in the tin, on the flavored salad.
Eat this delicious and healthy salad with quinoa and tuna in the company of a glass of white wine.
