Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • ham - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • flour - 4 tablespoons
  • carbonated water - 1 tsp
  • peppers - 1
  • parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut mushrooms into thin slices, saute them for 5 - 10 minutes in the butter with the chopped parsley, pepper and spices. Make a thick dough from the egg yolks, flour and carbonated water.

Slowly add the mushrooms and whipped egg whites. Fry the omelette in a pan with lots of oil. Cut the ham finely and sprinkle it on top.
