How to make
Boil the heads and when they form foam, remove it or replace the water with clean water. When they boil for about 30 minutes, season with a little salt.
Remove the boiled heads from the broth. Fry the onion in a baking pan or tray, then add the rice and fry them together, until they turn transparent.
Pour three cups of water and spices, add the heads, put a piece of butter and a little paprika on each.
Bake the oven-baked rice, until it's done.
The rabbit heads with rice and spring onions are delicious!
