How to make
Soak the rabbit in water for 15 hours. Salt it and cut it into portions. Braise the meat in highly heated oil.
Melt the butter in a pot and braise the coarsely chopped onions. Add the mushrooms, bacon, garlic. Sprinkle with salt, the 2 types of pepper and ginger.
Cover with a lid and saute for several minutes. Pour in the red wine, ketchup and add the braised meat. Boil about 45 min., turning the meat over every 15 min.
