How to make
The rabbit is washed and cut into portions and is seasoned with salt. Drizzle it with a sauce made from mustard, coriander and soy sauce. Leave it sit for 2 hours in the cold, after which the pieces are rolled well in breadcrumbs.
The onions are finely chopped and the ham is cut into cubes. Fry them in olive oil and transfer the mixture into a baking pan. Arrange the pieces of meat on top and pour the melted butter over them.
The baking pan is covered with aluminum foil and the dish is baked at 360°F (180 degrees) for an hour and a half.
Remove the foil and place the baking pan back in the oven for 10 minutes, so the food can form a golden crust.
