How to make
Cut the rabbit meat into pieces. Put them in a large bowl and season with salt, black and white pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice. Add sliced onions on top. Lightly stir, cover the container and place in refrigerator for 1 hour to marinate the rabbit.
Take wooden skewers and skewer the meat, bacon and onions in alternating layers. Put the skewers over a hot grill and cook evenly, you can smear them with a little oil too. Serve the rabbit skewers with a garnish of your choice.
