Ingredients

  • mackerel - 3
  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • peppers - 1
  • zucchini - 1
  • onions - 1 head
  • lemons - 1
  • parsley - 3 tablespoons
  • soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Dice the fish. Cut the pepper into squares and zucchini into round slices, but make sure they are no larger than the cubes of fish.

Place the diced fish for about 1 hour in a marinade made from the onions, lemon juice, parsley, soya sauce, olive oil, pepper and salt.

Then the fish cubes are strung on a skewer, alternating fish, pepper, mushroom, zucchini. The skewers are coated with oil and baked on the grill.
