How to make
Cut the chicken into pieces. Mix the mayonnaise with a little salt and ground black pepper and with the mixture, season the chicken meat. Chop the onions into pieces suitable for skewering, pour the vinegar over them and let them sit for 5 minutes.
Then rinse them and let them soak in plain water, for another 5-10 minutes. Cut the mushrooms, sausages and tomatoes into coarse chunks (or halves).
String them on skewers, alternating the products. Heat oil in a deep pan. Put the skewers in and fry them under a lid for 7-8 minutes, then turn them over and fry on the other sides for the same amount of time.
Optionally, you can bake or grill them. Serve with a side salad.
