How to make
Cut the pork into very small pieces. Do the same for the bacon. Mix the mince with the pork and bacon.
Add the cleaned and finely grated onions. Season with the spices (if needed, add salt). Mix until homogeneous.
Form the kebabs along wooden skewers. Arrange them on baking paper that's been sprinkled with oil.
Bake until golden in a preheated oven or grill. Serve with a suitable salad or garnish.
