Ingredients

  • chicken meat - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • peppers - 1 red + 1 green
  • onions - 1 head
  • champignons - 10
  • for the marinade
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • limes - 1
  • white wine - 1/2 cup dry
  • garlic - 2 cloves, crushed
  • black pepper

How to make

Wash the lime and squeeze out its juice. To it add the rest of the products for the marinade. Dice the chicken meat and season with the marinade. Leave in the fridge for 30 min. to soak it in.

In the meantime, dice the mushrooms, onions and peppers as well (they need to be a bit smaller than the meat ones because they could burn otherwise). Once the chicken is seasoned and the other products are prepared, stick them onto skewers, alternating meat with veggies.

Cook the skewers on all sides on a slightly greased grill pan. While grilling you can pour marinade over them but it's not mandatory. Once grilled well, serve with a seasonal salad.
