"Somehow we`re always in the mood for skewers!"

Ingredients

  • pork - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg)
  • oil - 3 tablespoons
  • lemons - 2
  • oregano - 3 tablespoons
  • thyme - 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Wash and clean the meat from the cartilage, fat and veins. Cut it into cubes, season and arrange it on skewers.

Pour on oil. Grill them, rotate every 3 minutes and before serving, top the cooked skewers with lemon juice.

Serve with salad.
