How to make
Drain out the juice from the oranges. Mix it with the soya sauce and vinegar. Add the ginger and salt. Boil everything on low heat while stirring constantly. Remove from the stove.
Cut half the butter into pieces and add it to the sauce. Chop the garlic finely. Melt the remaining butter in a pan, add the frozen green beans, garlic and cook everything on medium heat for 7 min.
Cut the fish into 6 equal pieces, place each of them in an oiled oven dish with the skin facing up. Smear with the hot orange sauce and bake 5 min. at 390°F (200 °C).
Turn them over, pour on sauce and bake another 5 min. Serve with green beans and orange sauce.
