  • peas - 1/2 tin (400 g)
  • pork - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 piece
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp.
  • peppers - 1 piece
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • parsley
  • oil

How to make

Cut the peppers, carrots and onions. Heat the oil in a pan, stew the vegetables and add a little water.

Cut the meat into cubes, add it into the pan and cook it until it turns white. Pour the tomato puree, season it with salt and black pepper.

Add the green beans and peas. Stir and boil the stewed pork for 10 minutes.

Separately, mix the flour with a little water to thicken the dish. Cook for another 1-2 minutes and remove it from the heat.

Sprinkle it with fresh parsley and serve it.
