How to make
Dry the cleaned and washed fish and cut it to pieces, roll them in the flour and braise them on both sides in a saucepan.
Wash the onions, carrots, parsley and celery and cut them into round slices. Peel the tomatoes and chop them in quarters. Cut the green beans into pieces and the parsley finely.
Pour the hot oil into a pot and fry the vegetables in it, including the peas. On top, arrange pieces of fish, salt and sprinkle them with black pepper.
Boil the fish with the vegetables for 10 min. on low heat after coming to a boil. When done, it can be served cold as well.
