How to make
Wash the beans and carrots, dry them and cut the carrots into thin oblong slices. In a pot heat the oil, add the sliced pork to fry along with a cup of water, salt, black pepper to taste. The heat should not be high.
When the water boils off, the pork begins to fry, and must constantly be stirred, so as not to stick and burn. At the end of frying, add the chopped onions, carrots and green beans.
Add tomato paste and wine and leave to stew. On several occasions, shake the pot with its lid on.
