Ingredients

  • pork - 2 lb (1 kg) from the neck
  • mushrooms - 17.5 oz (500 g) cleaned
  • onions - 4 heads, large
  • oil - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • chili peppers - 1, red
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • parsley - for garnishing

How to make

Cut the pork into bite sized pieces. Heat the oil in a pan on the stove and cook the meat evenly. Then add the mushrooms, sliced if needed and if they are too tiny, you can leave them whole.

Let the dish to cook until the juice evaporates from the mushrooms. Add the onion chopped into crescents and crushed dried chili pepper or sweet pepper.

Season with salt and black pepper and let it stew until the onions soften. At this stage, do not stir the dish, but periodically shake it with the lid on.

Serve the shaken kebab with mushrooms with some crushed parsley.
