How to make
The meat is cleaned and washed in cold running water, drain and cut it into pieces. Bit of meat is placed in a saucepan with butter and a little water and sauté over low heat with the lid over the top.
When the meat is tender add chopped onion, chopped peppers, black pepper and salt to taste. Periodically shake the closed pot. The finished meat is divided into 4 bowls and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
