How to make
Dice the pork meat, cut the onions into crescents, the peppers into tiny cubes.
Braise the pieces of meat in a large pan with oil until reddened. Add the onions and peppers to them and start shaking the pan to saute them well.
Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Cook until ready.
Finally, add the paprika and decorate with finely chopped parsley.
