"All joking aside, to make your kebab truly delicious you have to shake it vigorously."

Ingredients

  • pork - 26.5 oz (750 g)
  • onions - 5 - 6 heads
  • tomatoes - 14 oz (400 g)
  • chili peppers - 2, red, hot
  • paprika - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • red wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • lard - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)

How to make

Fry the finely chopped pieces of meat gently in the lard, then add the finely chopped onion and peeled and finely chopped red tomatoes. Put a lid on and sauté until soft, shaking the pot occasionally with both hands.

Pour in the wine, chopped spicy chili peppers, paprika, savory and salt to taste. After 2-3 minutes, the kebab is ready for serving.
