Ingredients

  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Wash the potatoes, peel and boil without over-cooking them. Cut them into pieces and heat oil in a pan. Fry the potatoes until they get a nice tan.

Season them with salt, savory to taste and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Then break the eggs over them and fry the potatoes to full readiness, gently stirring.
