  • pork - 26.5 oz (750 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • onions - 4 heads
  • chili peppers - 5
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Cut the meat into small pieces, put them in a pot and saute in the butter until slightly soft. Then add the finely chopped onions, chillies, black pepper, salt.

Saute everything until the onions soften, shake the pot from time to time with the lid closed. Serve the ready kebab sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
