Ingredients

  • chicken - about 2 lb (1 kg)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • onions - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • tomatoes - 10.5 oz (300 g), red
  • peppers - 3.5 oz (100 g) from a jar, red
  • chili peppers - 2 - 3
  • parsley
  • black pepper
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces, saute it until soft in a little butter and water, season it with salt and black pepper and fry it in the remaining butter.

Cut the peppers and chili peppers into small pieces, finely chop the tomatoes and onions. To the meat, add the ingredients in the following order: onions, peppers and tomatoes, fry lightly and add the sauce from the sauteing of the meat.

Let the dish simmer on low heat until ready. Sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley and serve.
