Ingredients

  • pork - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • green beans - 12.5 oz (350 g) frozen or from a jar
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • tomato puree - 1 tbsp.
  • paprika - 2 tsp.
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • spearmint
  • savory herb
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • curry
  • oil - 3 - 4 tbsp.

How to make

The meat is washed, dried and cut into pieces. The onion is cleaned and grated or cut very finely. The carrot is peeled and cut into pieces.

Oil is poured into a pot and the pork bites are fried. The onion, carrot and clove of garlic are added to them.

Mix everything well and season with curry, black pepper and paprika. Remove the pot from the heat, add the flour and stir. A liter of warm water is poured.

The aromatic stew is placed back onto the stove and it is left to boil without a lid. Once the meat is well cooked, add the green beans, savory herb and spearmint. Boil for a few more minutes.

If necessary, more hot water can be added to the pork stew. Shortly before it is ready, pour the tomato puree and a little more salt.

The green beans and pork stew is served warm.
