  • pork - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • green beans - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • butter - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • cream - 2 tablespoons
  • chutney - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice
  • dill
  • broth - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Cut the meat finely and stew it until soft in hot oil along with the finely chopped onion. Add the chutney and dilute with the heated broth.

Add salt and the green beans. Boil on low heat. The finished dish is seasoned with lemon juice and removed from the fire.

Add the cream, stir, put butter in and sprinkle it with finely chopped dill.
