How to make
The green beans are cleaned and boiled. If the green beans are very long, I cut them in two or three pieces. In a pot with oil, fry the onion, which needs to have been chopped in advance. Add the green beans and fry them briefly.
Add paprika, the canned tomatoes (peeled and finely chopped), stir 3-4 times and pour 2-2 1/2 liters of water. I also add a tablespoon of salt and leave it to simmer for an hour over low heat. Stir from time to time.
In order to thicken it, make a mixture of flour and a little water, I stir it well to avoid lumps and pour a little of it, while stirring constantly, to the desired density.
Season with mint for flavor the stew!
