  • onions - 1 small head
  • peppers - 1, green
  • carrots - 1
  • potatoes - 3
  • green beans - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • tomatoes - 1
  • paprika - 1 pinch
  • spearmint
  • parsley
  • dill

How to make

Clean the green beans and boil them. Chop them finely.

Chop the onions finely and saute them in a little olive oil and water (or butter and water). Add the grated carrot and chopped pepper. Add in the paprika and immediately pour in boiling water.

After it comes to a boil, add the finely diced potatoes. Leave the dish to boil until the veggies are cooked.

Once boiled, add the green beans. Add the tomato as well - cleaned, peeled, mashed. Leave the dish to boil another 5-6 min. on low heat. Sprinkle with the spices and serve.
