How to make
Finely chop the peppers, onion and carrot. Put them in a pressure cooker along with 2 tbsp. oil or olive oil. Stew them.
Meanwhile, peel and slice the potatoes. Put them in the pot with the green beans. Leave them for a few minutes. Then add the tomato puree and tomatoes. Pour water and season with the spices.
Finely chop the peeled garlic. Add it to the vegetables. Close the pot. After the pressure builds up, boil for ten minutes and release the steam.
Open up the pot, transfer the green beans with potatoes into a guvec pot.
Bake the vegan green beans for 40 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
Once the green beans with potatoes and onions are ready, leave them to cool and serve them.
