Ingredients

  • potatoes - 6 pcs.
  • green beans - 1 tin
  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • peppers - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • oil - 2.7 fl oz (80 ml)
  • black pepper - 7 - 8 grains
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • celery - 1 tbsp. (grated)
  • bay leaf - 2 - 3 leaves
  • salt - by taste
  • water - about 4 cups

How to make

Grab a baking pan and put in it the peeled and cut into large pieces potatoes, zucchini, onions, tomatoes and peppers.

Strain the green beans from the water and add them to the vegetables.

Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and grated celery.

Add the remaining spices - black peppercorns, paprika, bay leaf and as much salt as you desire.

Pour the oil, mix well and pour the warm water - just enough to cover the vegetables.

Place the baking pan with the vegetable dish in a preheated oven and cook it at 430°F (220°C) for about 40 minutes.

This guvec with green beans and zucchini is very light and is a great summer dish.
