How to make
Cut the chicken into pieces and soak them in a marinade of olive oil, beer, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cut the onions into separate crescents, the zucchini into round slices and peppers into pieces the size of the chicken bits.
Add all the vegetables, along with the mushrooms, to the meat, mix and let everything get seasoned for half an hour. Then drain and arrange on skewers alternating between mushrooms, onions, chicken, zucchini and peppers. Roast the chicken skewers on the grill.
