  • butter - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • rabbit broth - 2 - 3 cups

How to make

The potatoes are peeled and washed. They are cut into crescents.

They are placed in a large and deep baking pan that has a lid. Season with salt and mix. The rabbit and rabbit legs are washed and salted well.

Arrange them in the baking pan with the potatoes, by creating holes for them.

The rabbit meat is sprinkled with paprika. Spread the butter over all the pieces of rabbit and potatoes.
