How to make
Cut the fillet into bites and season it with the rosemary, black pepper and salt. Stir well, to absorb the spices.
Wrap each chicken bite in a strip of bacon and string them on wooden skewers.
Cook them on the grill on both sides until ready, at least 5 min. per side, so the chicken meat doesn't end up raw.
Serve with a seasonal salad of your choice.
