How to make
Wash and cut the pork hearts into small pieces. Put them in a pot and cover them warm water.
Boil and scrape off the foam. Sprinkle with black pepper and boil, until they soften. When they fully cooked, put them in a pan with 3 tbsp. of oil along with the chopped onion.
Add the butter, curry and black pepper. Add a little of the broth, in which you have boiled the hearts - one glass.
Stew and sprinkle with smoked paprika and soy sauce. Stir.
Serve the pork hearts with onion and butter with parsley. They are a great appetizer for every night!
