How to make
Boil the pork hearts in salted water, then cut them into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion, peel the roasted peppers and cut them into large cubes, you can canned ones.
Peel and blend the tomatoes or use canned ones.
Pour oil into a deep frying pan and stew the onions with the tomatoes and peppers and after they start to boil, add the chopped hearts.
Let them fry together and flavor them with the spices - you can pour a small spoonful of sugar, so that you can't taste the acidity of the tomatoes.
Before serving, sprinkle the appetizer with chopped parsley.
