"Great appetizer for friends, easily prepared in a pressure cooker"

Ingredients

  • pork tongue - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • celery - 1 - 2 stalks
  • parsley - 1 - 2 roots
  • black pepper - 10 grains
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.
  • parsley - a few sprigs
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • mixed herbs and salt - for sprinkling

How to make

Wash the pork tongue well and place it in the pressure cooker. Pour 2 liters of water and leave it to boil.

Open the pot, strain the broth and add the whole onion heads, parsley roots, celery, bay leaf and black pepper. Also add salt.

Close the pot and put it back on the stove over high heat.

Once it starts to hiss, reduce the heat and boil for 40 minutes. Once it is ready, cut it into slices.

Arrange it on a plate, sprinkle it with mixed herbs and salt and serve the beer appetizer.
