  • black pepper
  • beer - 1 cup (250 ml)

How to make

The paprika, oil and black pepper are mixed and stirred, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

The lamb is cut into portions, seasoned with salt and each piece is dipped and rolled in the already prepared mixture.
