How to make
Heat the oil in the pressure cooker (without the lid) and first put the coriander seeds to release their aroma, add the finely chopped onion, carrots (cut into rings) and the chopped peppers.
After they are fried, add the flour and paprika, stir and add the green beans, ginger and finally add the peeled and chopped tomatoes along with their juice.
Finally, add the washed and pierced with a fork plums and pour 8 cups (2 liters) of hot water.
Season with salt and black pepper and close the lid of the pot. After the pressure is raised (steam starts coming out) leave it boil for about 20 minutes. When the pot has cooled, remove the lid and season with finely chopped garlic and coriander (or parsley).
If desired, serve the vegetable soup sprinkled with coarsely ground paprika or a few whole dried chilies.
The Green Bean Soup in a Pressure Cooker is ready.
