How to make

In a large pan, heat the fat and fry the beef spleen, towards the end of cooking, add onion cut into slices.
Season with black pepper, paprika and the most important spice - grind 2 allspice grains, since it adds a very nice aroma, add salt and let it fry for about 5 more minutes.
Serve the beer appetizer sprinkled with parsley.
