How to make

The ground beef is placed in a large bowl. Add black pepper and a little more cumin. Add salt and olive oil.

Knead the minced meat well. The beef meatballs are formed thin and larger than the buns because they shrink during baking.

A circle mold can be used if you have one.

The onion is peeled and cut into slices. A ribbed pan is prepared.

It is heated and lightly smeared with oil. The patties are baked on both sides.

If desired, the onion can be baked in the pan, or it can be used raw for the burger.

The sesame seeds are cut in half down the middle so that there is a top and a bottom.

The buns are lightly toasted on the inside of the ribbed pan. The tomatoes are washed and cut into slices.

Put mayonnaise on the bottom bread. A beef burger and a tomato are arranged.

Put more mayonnaise and add the onion.
