How to make
Mix the minced meat with 1 onion, finely chopped, egg yolks and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Shape the meatballs to the size of the buns and flatten them to make them thin, not like frying meatballs.
Heat a pan and add a little olive oil, fry the meatballs for about 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked so that they do not become dry.
Cut the buns in half, lightly toast the buns on the inside in the burger fat. Meanwhile, cut the other onion into cubes and pour boiling water over it, leave it for about a minute or two, drain the water. Put onion and ketchup in the pan and heat briefly on the stove.
Fry the eggs sunny side up.
Arrangement: On the lower part of the bun put ketchup, burger meatball, a slice of cream cheese / you can also use regular cheese / and put in a preheated oven with high heat to melt the cheese slightly. Put an iceberg leaf, a slice of sliced tomato, mayonnaise and an egg on top of the melted cheese. Finish with the top of the bun.
