How to make
Place the minced meat in a deep dish, adding the onion, egg and spices.
Knead well and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to absorb the aroma of the spices.
Meanwhile, heat 6.8 fl oz (200 ml) of water and pour it into a bowl, add the packet of dry yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar, a little flour and mix.
Enough components to activate the yeast. This action requires about 10 minutes.
Take the minced meat out of the refrigerator. Wet your hands and form round and flat patties (about 1.5 cm).
Meanwhile, knead a soft dough that does not stick and form 6 balls.
We put baking paper in a tray and arrange the balls carefully.
Bake the buns at 390°F (200°C) for 20-30 minutes or until a golden crust is obtained.
When the burger buns are baked, they can be buttered.
Heat butter or olive oil in a pan - whatever you prefer and place the patties in it.
It is important to turn the patties every 1 minute, it takes about 4-5 minutes to achieve perfect results.
When they are ready, we put them in foil for baking and leave them until we prepare the rest of the burger components.
This way they are kept juicy and appetizing!
Wash the iceberg, prepare the cheddar, the sauce and cut the cucumbers.
Then we cut the buns with a bread knife, put the sauce on the small buns, put the cheddar, the patty, the cucumbers and the iceberg.
Close the burger and serve it with fries. Why not even potato wedges prepared in the air fryer.
