"Reason №1 never to be on a diet are these juicy burgers"

Ingredients

  • minced meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • tomato - 1. large
  • cucumbers - 1/2 pc.
  • buns - ready - made for burgers
  • oil - for greasing the pan
  • parsley - for sprinkling
  • flour - to roll the meatballs and make them easier to shape

How to make

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion.

During this time we divide the minced meat into 4 equal parts. Roll each part in flour and flatten with your hands to get a flat meatball.

Put in the pan and fry for 5-6 minutes on one side and on the other.

Remove the meatballs from the pan together with the onions in a separate plate.

Add a little more fat to the pan, cut the buns in half and place them in the pan, with the cut part down, for about 30 seconds.

We start to arrange the burgers in the following order:

* 1/2 bun

* minced meat

* cheese

* a slice of tomato

* a slice of cucumber

* finely chopped parsley

* 1/2 bun

If desired, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard or other sauce of your choice can be added.

It can be garnished with french fries and your husband will be the happiest in the world :))
