Make the sauce by mixing all the listed products. Stir well until the sugar melts and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Mix the minced meat with Worcestershire sauce, finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Knead well. Add the butter and knead again. Make 3 flat burgers.
Bake on a grill pan for about 5 minutes on each side. Cut the burger buns into halves and toast the bottom briefly in the pan.
Arrange by placing cream cheese slices or regular cheese on the bottom of the loaf, then a burger and french fries and drizzle with the mayonnaise sauce. Cover with the top of the bun.
