  • mozzarella - grated
  • yellow cheese - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • grated parmesan - 1/2 cup
  • pepperoni - 5.3 oz (150 g) or other meat
  • for the sauce
  • cherry tomatoes - 3 cups
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • fresh thyme leaves - 2 tbsp.
  • paprika flakes - 1 pinch (crushed)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • fresh basil - 1/4 cup (finely chopped + for serving)
  • fresh oregano - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
  • fennel seeds - 1 - 2 tbsp.

How to make

The homemade pizza dough can be either homemade or store bought.

Once we have prepared all the products, we need to prepare the special tomato sauce.

Pour the olive oil in a heated pan, as well as the cherry tomatoes, honey, spices and garlic. Leave until the sauce forms, while stirring periodically.

When it is ready, pour everything over the dough. Start arranging the other products on top - the mozzarella, yellow cheese, parmesan and pepperoni.

Bake in a preheated oven with the fan on at 360°F (180 degrees) for 18 minutes.
