  • flour - 3 cups
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • water - 1 cup
  • dry yeast - 0.4 oz (11 g) 1 package
  • vinegar - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • For the toppings
  • yellow cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • pepperoni - 1 pc.
  • tomato sauce - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • goat cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • fresh oregano - for sprinkling

How to make

Sift the flour into a deep bowl and pour the olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and a glass of water in the middle.

Knead the pizza dough and set it aside to rise for about 1 hour.
