Ingredients

  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • peppers - 1 pc. green and 1 pc. red
  • spring onions - 1 stalk
  • garlic - 1 fresh clove
  • canned peas - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • canned green beans - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • goat cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • cooking cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • dill
  • cherry tomatoes - 7 - 8 pcs.
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to cook

Clean and cut the zucchini into cubes, the peppers - into small pieces and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat the butter and stew the vegetables successively - first the zucchini, then add the peppers and onions.

Finally add the peas and green beans (chopped), parsley, dill and spices.

Spread the vegetable mixture in a baking pan. Spread the diced cheese on top.

Beat the eggs with the cream and pour the mixture over the vegetables.

Cut the cherries in half and arrange them on top.

Sprinkle with grated cheese (yellow cheese) and bake the clafoutis at 390°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes.
