Boil the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, cut the goat cheese into thick slices and grill them in a grill pan.
Peel the lemon and squeeze out its juice. Melt the butter with the olive oil, add the shallots and garlic and saute them for 3 min.
Add the spices, capers and lemon juice, season with salt and black pepper.
Drain the pasta and mix with the cheese and spices. Serve with the lemon rind.
