How to make
The plums are washed well and pitted. Cut them into slices and place them in a saucepan with sugar and water. Put on the stove and cook on low heat until soft and the sauce thickens.
Remove from the heat and chop two leaves of fresh basil and stir.
The slices of bread are toasted in a toaster or on the grill. Spread each with soft feta cheese mashed with a fork, arrange slices of plums on top and pour a little of the syrup.
Serve with fresh basil leaves.
I tell you, there is no such taste! The salty taste of the cheese balances the sweet plums and the taste is divine.
