Ingredients

  • bread - 10 slices
  • spicy gorgonzola - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • bacon - 10 pcs. (thinly sliced strips)
  • garlic - 1 clove

How to make

You can toast the bread slices on a grill pan or in the oven. As soon as they are toasted, rub them with a clove of garlic.

Add a folded strip of bacon and a slice of gorgonzola on each slice.

Arrange the bruschettas on a tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C), until the cheese melts.

Serve the bruschetta with gorgonzola and bacon warm with an aperitif!
