How to make
The baguette is cut into slices, which are spread with half of the olive oil and arranged in a tray. They are toasted lightly, until a pleasant color is obtained, then rubbed with garlic cloves.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the chopped olives, a little salt, dry oregano, black pepper, finely chopped fresh basil and the remaining olive oil. Everything is mixed, so that the tomatoes flavor well.
Place the tomato mixture on top of each bruschetta and a piece of the smoked fish on top.
The bruschetta with tomatoes and fish is the perfect appetizer in the company of a glass of white wine.
